Two large melted wax-covered pillars with candles on top and by the path. A crossroads of 5 paths including the entrance path immediately upon entrance. Follow the central path opposite the entrance until reaching the first major reward spawn location, it's recommended to stay low on the path so you can check the reward location and quickly move on if nothing is there. Then head past the pools of blood to hit the reward location furthest from the entrance, once collected double back straight across the first reward location to hit the third location before heading directly up towards the exit.
